Statements from SMC cover services provided by the hospital. Any professional fees from emergency room physicians, surgeons, anesthesiologist, radiologists, pathologists, etc. will be billed separately.

Payment Plans/Patient Assistance Program

Payment plans and patient assistance programs may require completion of a financial assistance or charity care application. If you feel your income is not sufficient to pay for your services at SMC, you may qualify for the patient assistance program.
